一、服務器端

MAPS計算引擎建議在Linux平臺服務器或工作站上運行。

建議配置如下：

1. CPU：2顆8核或以上(最少16核)，主頻至少2.4GHz

2. 操作系統：Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5 或 6, Novell Suse Enterprise Linux Server 10 或 11

3. 內存：至少3Gb/核

4. 硬盤：600MB，按計算引擎，分別要求為：

· Abinit 700 MBytes

· Chameleon 5 MBytes

· Direct Force Field 4 MBytes

· Dragon 14 MBytes

· LAMMPS 600 MBytes

· MNDO 8 MBytes

·  NAMD 11 MBytes

·  NWChem 650 MBytes

·  QuantumESPRESSO 1750 MBytes

·  SciTherm 20 MBytes

·  Towhee 54 MBytes

· TSL 1 MByte

分配至少1TB的臨時文件夾

二、客戶端

MAPS 軟件對運行平臺沒有特殊要求，但是想得到流暢的使用體驗，建議配置如下軟硬件環境：

1. CPU：Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology, AMD64

2. 操作系統：

· Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5 或 6, Novell Suse Enterprise Linux Server 10或 11

· Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008

3. 內存：1 GByte, 如果體驗超大模型建議：2 GBytes

4. 硬盤：600 MBytes。 MAPS 和 SciPython 的要求，其它模塊對硬盤要求如下：

·  Abinit 700 MBytes

·  Chameleon 5 MBytes

·  Direct Force Field 4 MBytes

·  Dragon 14 MBytes

·  LAMMPS 600 MBytes

·  MNDO 8 MBytes

5. 屏幕分辨率：1024 x 768 pixels

6. 硬件加速模塊 OpenGL：,不是必須的。如果系統中沒有 OpenGL，MAPS 第一次啟動的時候會提示用戶。

強烈建議使用硬件提供商提供的驅動程序，如果采用開放驅動，會導致系統不穩定問題。

7. MAPS 需要三按鍵或中間滾軸的鼠標。
